INK quality system
Bioclear works in accordance with the INK quality system. The INK (Institute for Dutch Quality) system is a management model that is derived from the European EFQM Excellence model. INK is a model that focuses on continual improvement and is result-oriented rather than certificate-oriented (for more information on INK surf to: www.ink.nl). Working in accordance with the INK quality system guarantees the quality and, where possible, continues to improve it. Bioclear is engaged in phase 3 of the INK model (comparable with ISO-9001-2008). Good teamwork plays an important role. By investing in education, courses, and specialist seminars, staff are able to develop and our level of knowledge remains up-to-date.
BRL SIKB 6000 and VKB protocol 6002
Bioclear has process certificate BRL SIKB 6000 "Environmental supervision of (water) soil decontaminations and aftercare" and VKB protocol 6002 "Environmental supervision of landsoil decontamination using in-situ methods". The certificates acquired by Bioclear apply both to environmental process control and the verification of soil decontaminations using conventional and/or in-situ methods.
The certificate provides the quality guarantee for clients, soil decontamination agents and third parties involved in soil decontamination as regards all the aspects referred to in BRL SIKB 6000. The main aspects of Bioclear's certificate are the environmental supervision and evaluation of soil decontamination. This guarantees that, based on a competent authority's decontamination plan or a notification or statement of approval within the framework of a BUS decontamination, the environmental supervision and evaluation of the soil decontamination and verification are carried out correctly.
