Bijoux is French for jewels or small treasures and Renee Wilson’s Bijoux Jewels is just that- a treasure, a delightful place and a destination shop for lovers of fine jewelry. Her collections of jewels from the Georgian era to today share certain qualities: they are exquisitely designed and made and are often one-of-a-kind. Bijoux is known for its engagement and wedding rings with an emphasis on antique diamonds.

As a ceramics major at The Maryland Institute, College of Art, Renee took one jewelry class but was asked to leave because her designs were “taxing” the system. Undeterred, after a BFA in Ceramics and an MFA in sculpture, Renee went to work for Heirloom Jewels, quickly becoming its manager. 15 years there provided her with a unique level of knowledge and experience.

In 2005, Renee opened Bijoux and it quickly became THE place to shop for fine and fun jewelry, garnering many “Best Of” awards along the way. In addition to jewelry, Bijoux provides expert repairs, custom designs, consignments and estate consultation.

In 2017, Bijoux moved to its current location in the restored Wyndhurst Station in Baltimore's historic Roland Park. The new shop is a light filled fun and friendly setting.
