Glenn has an established history with the area, the Simmons family were pioneer settlers in Florida in the early 1800’s and one of the founding families in Martin county. Royal Iron & Aluminum Inc, founded by Glenn in 1992, was awarded many prestigious projects. These projects included Mizner Apartments On Worth Avenue, The Kennedy Compound, The Brazilian Court Hotel, Casa Apava, The Everglades Club, Chesterfield Hotel And many other landmarked property in The Town Of Palm Beach.  Some of the commercial projects had included Jackie Gleason Dinner Theatre, Miami Beach. Sunrise Musical Theatre, Ft Lauderdale, Florida Atlantic University, Jupiter, Universal Studios,Disney World, Kravis Center And Centennial Park ,West Palm Beach. Royal Iron was sold in 2000.
