Specialized manufacturing plant

Groupe Berlie-Falco's modern and specialized plant is equipped with a unique system of fabrication bays with overhead clearance ranging from 30 to 70 feet and lifting capacity of 90,000 lb.

Our installations are also equipped with automatic seam welding, underwater plasma cutting, automated polishing, head forming equipment and electropolishing, among other equipment.

Groupe Berlie-Falco has more than 20 years of international experience in sludge and wastewater treatment. This experience with municipalities and industry has led Groupe Berlie-Falco to develop complete expertise in biosolids and organic residuals treatment.

Using a turnkey approach, it can design and provide various processes and equipment to treat sludge according to each project's specificities, including anaerobic digestion, dewatering and drying, up to more than 90% dry solids.
