Our company specializes in the blow molding production of containers and technical items for industrial use. The industrial complex is developed over an area of ​​approximately 25,000 m2. in which, in addition to the administrative and commercial offices, there are also: a department for the blow molding and injection of plastic materials, a section dedicated to the finishing and assembly of technical items, a workshop set up for the maintenance of machines and molds , a large warehouse for the storage of finished products and shipment management, a battery of differentiated silos for raw materials, a laboratory for quality control and testing and a large mold deposit.

A modern production department, made up of blow molding machines of different capacities and injection presses, allows the creation of blown hollow bodies up to a capacity of 500L, guaranteeing a reliable and continuous production process. The latest generation production lines are also equipped with microprocessors which allow the thickness control of the vertical and radial walls of the articles produced. Furthermore, the mass-blown containers are tested entirely in line, in order to detect the presence of any micro-perforations.

History

From 1939 to 1980: “It was in 1939 that we had the opportunity to own one of the first injection machines for plastic materials, imported from Germany by the Mohwinckel company. The injection capacity was 2 grams. The only injectable material: cellulose acetate.

Resuming activity immediately after the war, attention was again drawn to the plastics sector. Over time, favored by a good inclination for the construction of moulds, we dedicated ourselves exclusively to moulding. It was an ever more up-to-date succession of machines: manual, hydraulic and oleodynamic. New raw materials joined hand in hand, giving plastics the possibility of being introduced into almost all industries. Other processing systems were born, including blow moulding, a process which at the time was protected by a patent. From the outset, even in this field, we were at the forefront, making small containers with injection machines, until, in 1960, we equipped ourselves with the first blow molding machines. Technological development was rapid and today the creation of the most varied objects in blown plastic has found vast use in various industrial applications.
