Becland Stamping & Machining Corp. provides metal stamping, blanking, & coining operations, from 100 to 600 Tons, with a work energy of 300 Inch Tons (1/2" before BDC rating); progressive or hand-transfer, from short to high-volume runs.Our presses are equipped with NPN and PNP compatible Hydraulic Overload Die Protection, and Electronic Tonnage Monitors.Feedlines are equipped with servo feeders, allowing material range capabilities of .030" to .280" in thickness; up to 36" wide.Secondary operations, processes, and assembly are also offered and performed by Becland, to ensure that our customer's needs are seen through to completion.Becland Stamping & Machining Corp. offers general and custom machining services providing turning, milling, grinding, & drilling of parts through conventional and CNC equipment, allowing for economical solutions whether 1-off or higher volume, while meeting the demands of today's quality standards.In-house services include welding and assembly, and completion of our customer's requirements through secondary operations include heat treating, plating, powder-coat painting, etc.
