Baum America Corp. was opened in 2006 to help augment production from Germany. We are backed by our more than 50,000 square foot facility in Germany. Continuing our tradition of delivering high-quality parts, we put all of our products through the most rigorous testing to ensure you receive only the best parts. We comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive and ASTM F1545-15a Specification's.  Spark and hydro-testing every piece, constant batch testing, permanent marking, and total traceability of components.Baum offers complete manufacturing capability from steel to plastic. Paste extrusion PTFE is done on specially designed extruders and lining uses highly automated production processes. Baum uses assets including state-of-the-art transfer molding to ensure speed to market. Baum manufactures plastic lined pipe, fittings, vessels, dip tubes, valves and expansion joints that protect the steel pipe/fittings from corrosion using PTFE, PFA, ETFE, PVDF or PP. All PTFE/PFA parts are supplied in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive and ASTM F1545-15a Requirements.Baum America fills a dual role as both a master warehouse and production facility. Located in St. Albans WV, we have the benefit of a highly skilled labor pool trained in the fabrication of plastic lined products. Designed to Meet Any Standard

Baum America Corp. utilizes the latest techniques in manufacturing. We use technologies such as PTFE paste extrusion, fully-automated robotic welding, and transfer molding. All of our products are put through the most stringent quality inspections to comply with European Pressure Equipment Directive and ASTM f1545-15a specifications.

Our method of paste extrusion ensures permeation resistance and has been verified through independent testing by the Korrosionsinstitutet of Sweden. Many of our fittings feature injection molded PFA. This high-quality polymer features greater permeation resistance so our products come with full-penetration welding, unlike many other PTFE fittings. Baum metal housings feature rotating A105 forged steel flanges as standard.
