We have a full range of presses in various sizes for meeting all of your precision metal stamping needs. Our metal stamping services include:

• Tool & Die: Complete in-house tool and die making and die maintenance service for all custom parts awarded to us
• Metal stamping: Blanked parts, formed parts and deep drawn parts
• Assembly: Manual assembly, staking, clinching, resistant welding, projection welding and robotic, spot and mig welding.

Dual facilities: 
We have two metal manufacturing facilities to meet your production requirements. Batesville Tool and Die, our Midwest headquarters and our parent company, is located in Batesville, Indiana. Our international metal stamping facility, Troqueladora Batesville de Mexico is located in Queretaro Mexico, where both support our existing customer base with its proximity to major users of metal stamping and metal stamping assembly. Both locations are ISO/TS certified and adhere to the most stringent quality requirements in the industry.
