Barnard's Fine Jewelry has been in business since November of 1996 and has been located at 458 Village Lane in the Hazard Village Shopping Center next to Sears since it opened. It has grown, improved and expanded every year since opening. It was opened by David Barnard and sold to Michael and Kathy Ann Ivey in April of 2009. The jewelry and gift items in stock have been selected to help you create your personal and individual style. Barnard's Fine Jewelry has always provided a wide variety of fine jewelry including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings in sterling silver, white and yellow gold as well as many gift items. We have a large selection of reconditioned, estate and consignment jewelry. In addition, we sell and install watch batteries, repair watches and jewelry items that are broken or damaged, usually in two weeks or less.
