Recycling
The guarantees of the proper management of the waste that reaches Azor are total, and this is demonstrated by our extensive experience in this field and the continuous improvement of our processes, always adapting to the best technologies available in the market and complying with the regulations of application.

AZOR dedicates much of its activity to the recycling and recovery of automotive waste, such as exhausted lead batteries and oil filters, recovering 80% of the materials contained in the waste and reintroducing them in the production process itself. lead.A modern mechanical and physical treatment of the residue carried out in Azor, ensures a correct separation of the plastic and plumbiferous materials of the battery, and of the ferric and oily ones of the filters, allowing to recover the useful elements contained in the residue, useful and Necessary in the production process of Azor, thus ensuring the reintroduction of these materials back into the market.

WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE
Azor places empty containers and barrels approved, so that the producer can properly dispose of his waste. Azor proceeds to withdrawal once the container is completed.For each withdrawal and type of hazardous waste, Azor manages the mandatory environmental documentation. 

Azor advises the producer of its environmental obligations by providing established information and format. The collection area is of Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands.

Battery Treatment
The treatment of the batteries is based on a physical-mechanical process developed in two distinct stages: grinding and separation of components of the battery and treatment of effluents.The grinding and separation consists of the crushing of the battery and the separation of its lead and plastic components, as well as the segregation of the acid electrolyte, which becomes part of the process waters, and which are subsequently purified in the treatment plant Of effluent, obtaining a high quality water that is reused in the facilities of Azor .The obtained lead materials are reprocessed in the furnaces of Azor , in order to obtain lead of second fusion that will be used for the manufacture of new batteries and others elaborated of lead.The plastic and other materials segregated from the battery are sent to authorized managers to proceed to their recycling and recovery as far as possible.
