Atlas Pumping Service was created in 1984 when brother in laws, Jim and Dan, decided they could provide a better service to customers.  With that goal in sight, together they constructed Atlas Pumping Service’s first truck on the weekends while still holding full time jobs during the week.  In 1984 Jim and Dan put the truck into service and began establishing customer relations that are still current today.

As years passed, the number of accounts grew and the number of employees and trucks began to follow suit.  By 2011 Atlas Pumping Service has grown to over 30 employees with 22 trucks in operation.  75% of Atlas’ employees have been with the company for more than 5 years and all of the management team has over 10 years under their belt.  Because of the on-the-job experience and ongoing training of its personnel, Atlas assures you that its technicians and staff are some of the best in the industry.

Atlas Pumping Service prides itself on exceeding customer expectations, and could not do it without their hardworking, dedicated, and talented employees.   Several of our customers have been loyal to Atlas since its inception so many years ago.

The owners of Atlas and most of its employees live, work, and play in San Diego County.  Atlas Pumping Service is a San Diego native, and we use local vendors for our supply needs whenever possible.
