Astra Ecologica Srl  is a service company dedicated to the collection, transport and  disposal / recovery of special and urban waste from separate collection , as well as providing consultancy to companies aimed at the correct management of waste.

It was born in 1988 on the initiative of some entrepreneurs, aware of the ever increasing needs felt by manufacturing companies, service providers, artisans and organizations, to correctly manage the environmental aspects connected to their activities.

Currently Astra Ecologica SRL is able to ensure the management service of almost all  special waste , produced not only by  craftsmen ,  health facilities  and  small and medium industry , but also by  large industry : now large companies at national and international level systematically use of its services.

As the Concessionaire of the Compulsory Consortium of Used Oils (COOU), it is a leader in Lower Lazio and Marsica in the collection of  mineral and synthetic oils  (lubricants, hydraulic, insulating, dielectric), suitable for regeneration; in the same area, it is also among the most competitive operators in the management aimed at the disposal of  oily emulsions  and any other type of waste containing oil.

It is active, as a recuperator of the National Compulsory Consortium for the collection and treatment of exhausted vegetable and animal oils and fats (CONOE), in the collection and recovery of  used vegetable oils , to be used in the production of lubricating bases for chainsaws, release agents for construction and biodiesel.

It also stands out for the collection of  batteries and accumulators  of all kinds.

It has facilities and systems that allow it to  select and recover  almost all  municipal waste from separate collection , be it plastic packaging, metal packaging, paper and cardboard, glass packaging, waste from electrical equipment. and electronics, bulky waste, cells and batteries, etc .; in this regard, it operates in agreement with various consortia set up for the recovery of urban waste (Corepla, Comieco, WEEE Coordination Center, etc.); the aforementioned activities have made its plant platform a strategic support for the separate collection of urban waste produced in the district in which it is based.
