Aschoff Construction, founded by Owner/President Walter Aschoff in 1994, offers concrete and steel building subcontracting. Located near Osmond, Nebraska along Highway 121, our facilities consist of a business office, truck shed, pick up garage, product storage facility and heated shop. In 1998, Aschoff Construction became a general contractor. In 2006, they increased management support staff to handle growth created by increased business and sales. Through this process of development, Aschoff Construction has grown into a firm that employs 30 to 45 full-time employees year round, and partners with additional like-minded firms to complete their projects in a timely and high-quality fashion.
