ASAP Glenn Company is committed to offer the same outstanding service that has been offered for decades. Originally established by James and Tom Glenn and their father in 1936 as “The Glenn Company of Athens”, the only service offered was septic tank pumping until 1967, when the first portable restrooms were purchased. For many years, The Glenn Company was run by Tom Glenn and his son Paul, and simply offered portable restrooms and sinks until 2008. In 2007, ASAP Waste Disposal Inc. was started by Ralph Hudgens, his daughter and son-in-law Robin and Robert Vaughn. In 2008, in an attempt to provide their customers with more services, they purchased The Glenn Company and merged the two businesses.
