The Separations Technologies group offers proprietary thin film processes and equipment to eliminate processing steps, reduce waste and increase profitability when evaporating, distilling, concentrating or drying heat sensitive, viscous or solids-containing materials. A custom-configured pilot plant facilitates the design of customized solutions for exceptionally challenging separations.

JET-VAC® supplies ejectors in many materials for generating vacuum from steam and other motive gases with no moving parts. Jet-Vac also offers equipment to chill water using steam including waste stream for chemical, petrochemical and power plant applications.

Custom Manufacturing and Product Development Services works with many local universities as well as start-up and established businesses in the extended New England area as a one stop source for prototyping, engineering, design development and manufacturing. Artisan specializes in pressure vessels, close tolerance machining of large components and specialty welding procedures.

With the recent addition of N and NPT certifications and an NQA-1 quality control program to its long held pressure vessel (U, U2 and R) certifications Nuclear Manufacturing now designs and manufactures equipment and components for the nuclear power industry and DOE facilities.
