Insurance

Owners and General Contractors have been financially harmed by uninsured or inadequately insured contractors. A contractor should always provide you with a Certificate of Insurance for Comprehensive Liability. This insurance will help protect you in the event of an accident or failed project. Therefore, it is important to make sure that the contractor on your project holds enough coverage to adequately cover the property.

Arizona Foam & Spray has taken steps to protect our customers. While most contractors only carry a $2 million policy, Arizona Foam & Spray has a $5 million umbrella policy. Our policy goes above standard coverage to ensure a higher level of protection on jobsites.

Manufacturer Certification

It is important to use a contractor that is certified by the manufacturer because it is generally the original manufacturer of the materials who supplies long-term warranties. Most of these warranties are only valid if the materials are installed properly, so it is extremely important to find a contractor who knows what he is doing.

We practice all safety guidelines and deliver an outstanding finished product.

Additionally, Arizona Foam & Spray is an approved installer of Versico TPO singly-ply roofing systems, as well as a number of metal roofing systems including Fabral, Custom-bilt Metal, Atas International, AEP Span, and Berridge.
