It all started with one truck, a small trailer, and a dream of owning a business that supported his community!

In 2011, John Origer started Apex Property Clearing. He began working on foreclosed homes in Linn County and quickly discovered a need within the community for cleanup services. Soon, customers started contacting Apex for help, sometimes due to a death, illness, or other family difficulty. Apex continued to grow & develop relationships with local real estate agents to provide a broad range of residential clean-out & handyman services for their clients.

Customers learned of John’s personalized commitment to his clients and word of Apex’s excellent performance, efficiency & customer service spread. Business has doubled each year since 2011! Apex Property Clearing service areas now include Linn, Benton, and Marion Counties (Salem, Albany, Corvallis and surrounding areas).

Community Jobs

As business increased, the company was able to hire employees from the community, giving local residents job opportunities. Now Apex Property Clearing does extensive work for realtors, homeowners, and builders.

COMPLETE Property Cleanup

Our goal is to provide comprehensive property cleanup services to our customers, so they only have to make ONE phone call. Not only can we help with clutter inside the house – estate cleanup, post estate sale cleanup, hoarding cleanup, remodel cleanup – we can handle all the work to be done outside – cleaning out the garage and shop, items left under a carport or around the property. In addition to demolition of outbuildings and other structures, we offer a range of tractor services including brush clearing, field mowing, and more.

John’s Pledge

John’s goals include keeping Apex local and personal. Even now as the owner of a flourishing business that keeps him busy, John’s values have not changed: he hasn’t forgotten his pledge to give back. His presence on the Board of Linn-Benton Furniture Share is a reminder that people in Linn & Benton counties often need a helping hand.

In addition to supporting Linn-Benton Furniture Share, Apex continues to donate goods to other non-profits including Habitat for Humanity and ARC.

We Recycle, Compost, & Donate

We practice landfill reduction techniques to help lower the ecological impact to our planet by composting and recycling discarded materials whenever possible.

Apex will donate all usable items to Linn and Benton County Non-Profits that help residents in the community:
