Anything Goes began in 1989 when Carl Pearson left his role at a large construction company to start a local property maintenance business built to meet the needs of the growing population of homeowners in Portland, ME. Early on, he and his wife Angela offered help with countless projects to everyone from young families to elderly residents who were eager to make their property feel like a home. Over time, Anything Goes became known as the first and last stop for homeowners with big or small jobs that needed solving. The Pearsons spent the next two decades building a community of clients who relied on them to maintain and manage every facet of their properties, eventually retiring in 2013 and handing the reigns to their son.

Today, Brad Pearson and his team are bringing experience and even further expertise to new generations of homeowners in the Portland area. With customers across the region putting Anything Goes to work on their most important property needs, you're likely to see their trucks and hardworking crews at a home near you.

Brad Pearson | The Owner

As the founders’ son, Brad effectively “grew up” in this business. From the moment he was old enough to stand, he was at his parent's side, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, renovating houses, et cetera … Since graduating from Cape Elizabeth High School in 2007, Brad has played an active role within the organization. During his High School years, Brad spent most of his spare time in the metal shop, where he learned the metal fabrication trade. He has since used these skills to modify and create many of the pieces of equipment that the business utilizes daily.

Brad spends as much time as he can with his daughter, Mckenzie, born in the summer of 2015, and with his family and friends. During the summer, Brad enjoys waterskiing and boating, and in the winter, one is likely to find him on the slopes or the trails skiing and snowmobiling. Brad takes pride in everything he does and will not stop until the project is completed to his satisfaction.
