The company Antonio Palladino srl Industry and Recycling of Building Materials produces concrete products, sells prefabricated concrete buildings, recycles construction site waste material, deals with washing sand and breccia, works aluminum and iron and markets accessories for windows and doors such as roller shutters, curtains and mosquito nets.

We have set out to make our work known and understood, in a simple and intuitive way, even to those who are not in the field and therefore are not familiar with certain terms and / or machinery. For this reason we wanted to create a section, called the glossary, Which explains all the terms "specific", a section, productions , where are accurately illustrated, with the help of different photographs and explanations, all of our production cycles: the artifacts (from raw materials to finished product and ready for marketing), aggregates (from clean construction site waste such as cement, blocks, bricks, tiles, asphalt, tiles, ceramics, etc., to the ideal size for our production of products), washed sand (from washing the mps to the clarification of waste water), aluminum and iron(from raw bars to the creation of a myriad of different items, even at the customer's choice). Of course we have also included a section, called machinery , in which there are descriptions and photos of all our vehicles and another, photos and materials , which is a sort of virtual showroom and where it is possible to observe all our products, materials, creations in aluminum and iron, warehouses, offices, historical photos, videos and so on, in addition to the catalog section , where you can download our price list with all the updates.

Mission

Our company (which extends over 20,000 square meters in Casoria - Naples) has always believed in the enormous potential offered by recycled materials, for the development of promising solutions for sustainable construction. This applies both to our industry, which produces construction materials with recycled aggregates, to our site waste material recycling plant and to the sand washing and wastewater clarification plants . Plants that allow us to work and create recycled aggregates of extreme quality (and consequently also excellent manufactured and prefabricated concrete), capable of significantly reducing the extraction of raw materials (to be considered unsustainable both in terms of consumption of natural resources CO2 emissions deriving from their processing).

To these activities we have succeeded in our goal: the replacement of non-renewable raw materials (such as quarry, river and excavation aggregates) in favor of recycled material, in such a way as to guarantee the preservation of the territory; it is essential that there is a reduction in the exploitation of the soil and subsoil (which is an absolutely critical factor given the current situation of the quarries) as well as an increase in the processing and recovery of waste materials to create secondary raw materials.

Taking into consideration the period from 01/04/2011 (start of recovery activities) to 31/12/20, we recycled waste material from the construction site, then reused, about 76,500 tons of MPS (raw materials) or about 76,500 .000 kg (76 million and 500 thousand kg), which is equivalent to approximately 63,750 m³.

Given that, as mentioned, in the indicated period we have recovered about 63,750 m³ of MPS and considering that with 1 m³ of secondary raw material we can produce, for example, about 170 blocks of 6x25x50, it can be deduced that the production is 10,837,500 blocks (in short, almost 11 million blocks). In practice, if we lined up all these 6x25x50 perforated blocks one after the other, we would reach 5,418 kilometers (five thousand and four hundred kilometers). To get an idea of ​​what has been said, just consider that the distance between London and New York is 5,567 km: in practice we have recovered material and produced enough blocks with recycled material to be able to create a "bridge" between the two continents.
