Theo
Theo Schaars was born in The Netherlands and moved to the United States in 1977. Theo (pronounced Tay-O) founded Anschar Diamonds, Inc. in 1982. He is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America. Theo is skilled in designing jewelry based on each customer’s ideas. Drawing from a vast supply of diamonds and colored gems, Theo can create unique jewelry for all occasions.
Phil
Phil Bobe has been associated with Anschar Diamonds since the beginning. He is especially skilled at helping clients who share his love of colored gems and pearls. Phil enjoys designing custom jewelry. Phil can be reached on his cell phone, 214-908-7678.

Cindy Jones has over 12 years of experience in the jewelry business. She has a keen sense of the latest trends and what works perfectly for each customer. Cindy is a sales consultant and works in jewelry production and quality inspection.

Tammi Franson is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and loves working with diamonds and colored gems. She enjoys helping her clients design the jewelry that they are dreaming of.
Louise
Louise Hanaway has been associated with Anschar Diamonds since 1982 and now acts as office manager, sales help and accountant.
