acquisition by JSE-listed Altech, EBE became the Computer Products Division of Arrow Altech Distribution (AAD). This operation quickly gained firm footing in the market and 
achieved recognition as a leading distributor of international brands including Intel, AMD, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Sony, Samsung, BenQ and Creative Labs. Z In 2003,
this division was acquired by Sahara Holdings Group and named Annex Distribution.
