Andover Pallets is a small family business that was started in 1993 by Paul Tarner.

He started out as a one man operation in a small van clearing and recycling waste for local Companies.

The Business grew yearly and began taking on staff to help with the increasing work load until In 2000 Paul decided to sell off the clearance Company and to concentrate solely on the wooden pallet market where he felt more at home.

In 2006 the Company went limited and Paul and his wife Charlotte became Company Directors and decided to update the company purchasing a new lorry, forklift and a pallet stripping machine.

The stripping machine was designed to strip old or unusable pallets back to there basic components to be used to repair or make reconditioned pallets. This allowed the company to take on extra work and staff clearing unwanted pallets from local companies.

Andover Pallets Limited has become a major supplier in the local area offering a same or next day delivery service free of charge to all of their existing customers. We have been expanding yearly and as of 2018 we are becoming a major employer in the local town of Andover with 15 full time employees.

Our company is known in the trade for having the tidiest and most well managed yard in the South of England with exceptional workers that puts any competition to shame. To show our appreciation to our superb team, we have recently undergone a major refit program to accommodate our new staff. This includes a new canteen, extra toilet facilities and new offices.
