DESCRIPTION

Ames Construction is a full-service heavy civil and industrial general contractor. Ames serves clients throughout the US in many industries, including construction of major mining process and material handling facilities, mine pre-stripping, contract mining, leach pads, tailings dams, and mine reclamation. Ames has 50 years of experience constructing major highways and bridges, railroads, dams, power plants, and underground pipelines. Regional offices are located in Burnsville, Minnesota, West Valley City, Utah; Carlin, Nevada; Aurora, Colorado; and Scottsdale, Arizona.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Ames Construction has delivered quality construction services to our customers. Working primarily as an earthwork contractor at the time of our founding, Ames Construction was incorporated in Minnesota in 1963. Since that time, the company has grown to a full-service, heavy civil and industrial general contractor. While maintaining corporate offices in Minnesota, Ames Construction now services many areas of the country from regional offices in several Western and Midwestern states.

Throughout the historical journey of the company, Ames teams have worked on many large and complex construction projects for customers in many industries. Our proven ability to provide quality work within budget, and our reputation for performance under adverse conditions and demanding schedules, has allowed us the opportunity to work with many of these customers on a repeat basis.
