A family-owned business, ASPE was founded in 1982 by Raymond Cilley, and is now run by second-generation sons, Mark and Josh. Since its inception, ASPE has become one of the largest merit shop steel and precast erectors in New England. ASPE offers clients a choice that others can’t. Our clients can use all capabilities: erecting, equipment rental, or just select one service to complete their projects.
