The Company is currently focusing on the development of Farellon, an Iron Oxide Copper-Gold mineralized system (IOCG), located near the town of La Serena, Chile. To date, over a million pounds of copper have been recovered from an underground bulk sampling program. Based on the success of this program, Altiplano is embarking on an underground expansion plan at Farellon that includes building an on-site fit for purpose mill and recovery plant to increase productivity and enhance profitability.
