Wow! It's already mid 2015. Tempus Fugit! 2014 was an incredible year for AllWest, the SF Giants and for the West Coast real estate industry. AllWest celebrated our 25th anniversary with a memorable blow- out October party attended by well over 100 friends, family and clients. The Giants won their third World Series championship in 5 years. Lastly, the real estate economy hummed along like never before. 

As 2015 unfolds one has to feel some trepidation with respect to the market's velocity and pricing. Can current and future rents really justify the prices being paid? Leading real estate economists think so. Having experienced 4 recessions I can't help but feel anxious about something unexpected spoiling the Kool-Aid. I'll be happy to be proven wrong.
