Our turn-key framing package is for a “heads in a bed” scenario, which includes Hospitality, Assisted Living, Condominiums, Apartments, Student Housing, and Military Barracks. With our light gauge steel, load bearing walls and a choice of three Timberless Floor Systems that we offer, we can match the perfect combination of sound, fire, and perceptibility requirements to provide an economical, yet highly efficient structure.
