All-Cut, Inc. was established in 1998. Owners Andrew and Stanley Widlacki (father and son) started the family-run business in an effort to take advantage of a relatively new technology in the machining world: Wire EDM (Electronic Discharge Machining). Advances in machinery allowed for the manufacturing of hardened materials with extremely tight tolerances. Originally this equipment was used primarily for the manufacturing of complex punch and die sets, but Andy and Stan realized that this equipment could be used for the manufacturing of other products as well. The owners have worked with a number of local manufacturers over the last 13 years, helping them understand the EDM process and its benefits. Most often, customers have been bringing to All-Cut parts that just need something to be finished with EDM, or in other words, they need All-Cut to put on the finishing touches. All-Cut is fully aware that a lot of time and money has already been invested by their customers into hte parts they receive, and they know mistakes can be very costly. This understanding puts the customer first, creating trust which is crucial in this business. All-Cut is not a manufacturer of a specific product line or brand. They are what is often called a job-shop. They take raw materials like copper, brass, and tool steels and finish them to the customer's drawings and specifications. By using specific programming, All-Cut can produce whatever shape is needed to be carved into the raw material. The products they make can range from components in a spray can to parts the go into newspaper printers.
