Many gemstones, excluding diamonds, may have historically and traditionally been enhanced to improve color and stability. Any diamond or Gemstone that has been enhanced is fully disclosed. Contact us to learn more about enhancement and grading authenticity

All new merchandise (excluding watchstraps and bands) is warranted for a period of one (1) year against defects in workmanship, manufacturing and design. Alexanders Jewelers reserves the right to determine if the problem is covered by warranty and to choose the course of corrective action.

We provide free verbal jewelry appraisals that are evaluated by our in-house jewelry professionals and gemologists staff.

All Alexanders Jewelers diamonds qualify for a lifetime trade-in, trade up policy. You may apply 100% of the purchase price toward a single piece of Alexanders Jewelers Jewelry of greater value at any point in the future. This policy applies to loose diamonds only. Unlike our competitors you do not need to spend twice the original purchase price to qualify.
