Our company was born in 1963 as a work cooperative, being in 1989 when four of its partners took the initiative to turn it into a limited company under the name Alcocertex.

Located in Alcocer, a small town in the mountains of Alicante, we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Port of Valencia, the main entry point for raw materials and exit for foreign markets.

We currently have facilities covering 30,000 m2, of which 12,000 m2 correspond to production facilities and warehouses.

Effort, perseverance and enthusiasm, drove us towards a great vision of the future, expanding our facilities and modernizing our production equipment.

All of this has led us to have five fraying lines today, which allow us to manufacture 22,000 tons of fiber fraying per year.

Transformation to SL and investment in machinery and facilities to increase production capacity and expand the range of products.

Implementation of business management software (ERP), which facilitates management and allows complete traceability of our products.

We certify our quality system according to ISO 9001: 2015

YEAR 2018

We renew our quality system according to the ISO 9001: 2018 standard and we obtain the GRS 4: 0 Certificate (Global Recycled Standard) for our products.

High commitment to the environment Alcocertex bases its activity on the recovery of textile waste, in this way, we give them a second life through our production process and prevent them from being taken to landfills.

Great response agility The capacity of our warehouses allows us to have a continuous stock, exponentially speeding up the delivery time.

Quality assured All the raw materials we receive meet very demanding standards: they must be new, clean and classified by composition and color. An exhaustive traceability of the materials we receive and adding the care and dedication implicit in the subsequent treatment processes of the same, ensure excellence in our final product.
