For over 100 years A J Tuck Co. has been both a leader and a pioneer in the design and manufacture of precision, close tolerance custom electroformed components. We are the country's oldest and most established full-service electroforming facility. Our founder, Alvin J. Tuck Sr., originally a Tiffany Studio lamp designer, began electroforming his own lamps in 1914 and opened the A J Tuck Co. in 1917. The skill and craftsmanship of this process has been nurtured and developed through three generations to create A J Tuck Co. as it is, a full-service organization offering "turnkey" electroformed components to such customers as BAE, Cobham, DRS, FLIR, General Atomics, General Electric, L-1, L-3, Lockheed Martin, Microsemi, NASA, Northrop Grumman, NRAO, Perkin Elmer, Raytheon Missile Systems, Rockwell Collins, Sandia National Labs, Teledyne/SI, Voltronics, Whelen, many universities and a multitude of small customers. We accept orders from a single part to hundreds, and do work for aerospace and defense as well as the local shop down the street. Backed by our complete engineering, production control, quality control, machining, electroforming, assembly and office staff, our team-effort concept assures that the key functions required for any customer's product all work together to deliver the required components on time, according to all specifications and at a competitive price. We receive a drawing or email and deliver the customer's complete requirement with all the bells and whistles
