Aginzo Consulting Group was formed in January of 2009. The majority of our Members, including our Managing Partners, worked with large consulting firms at some point in their careers, but became disenchanted with the way these companies were doing business - charging the highest rates the market would bear and then searching Monster-type job boards for the cheapest consultants to fill these positions.
Whether our Members could define it or not, an inherent respect for Value meant they simply could not be happy working in that environment.
Aginzo does not have a large sales staff, a job board recruiting staff, or an executive hierarchy. We look for those skills and services within our Membership. It means our customers deal with real people who know their business, know their issues, and are genuinely interested and excited about the industry in which we work.
