When I unpacked my order, I noticed some technical oil stains on a few of the cartons. While it didn't affect the parts themselves, it was off-putting. Please be more careful with handling your customers' orders

I left my contacts through Facebook and asked for a callback. I needed a consultation on payment. They promptly responded and called me to discuss everything. When I paid for the purchase, they called me again and informed me that the payment was received and the order would be fulfilled.

It's really hard to get them on the phone that's true. It's more efficient just to write an email, or Facebook and get a response there.

One of the best spare parts suppliers in New York. A wide range or parts and good prices without a serious drive up.
Just one thing to mention we've stumbled upon such a thing as minimal order fee, but we dealt with it by just adding more positions into the quote
