Advantage's metal fabrication facility is a one-stop-shop for all of your custom fabrication requirements. Offering same-day and rush services, we can also arrange JIT (Just in Time) deliveries to keep you on schedule. Our rolling facility can handle materials from .250" to 2" thick, lengths up to 480" and work to tolerances of ±.005". We can provide you with forming, notching, punching, as well as MIG, TIG, and arc welding by our California-certified and licensed welders. Our experienced staff will work with you to make sure that your specifications are met.

We also stock a variety of metals, as well as plastics, from cast iron and cold and hot rolled steel, to brass, copper, bronze, and aluminum. Custom Screw Conveyors

Carbon and stainless steel screw conveyors for the food processing, concrete, and general material handling industries. Advantage Metal Services, Inc can build to your design; reverse engineer and OEM screw, or fabricate individual components. We can provide you with flights, shafts, or complete multi-shaft assemblies including trough. Our fabrication service employs custom dies and a 100 ton press, which allows us to turn flights up to 36" in diameter, in almost any type of screw design. Shaftless, paddle, or ribbon, are all produced under our strict quality guidelines. Shafts can be constructed of pipe or solid material, and our State of California licensed and certified welders will tie it all together. In support of our custom metal fabricating services, Advantage Metal Services, Inc possesses CNC flame cutting and hi-definition plasma cutting capabilities. Flame cutting is available for materials up to 12" in thickness. For higher precision, work we also offer hi-definition plasma cutting suitable for material up to 2". Both processes, flame cutting and hi-definition plasma cutting, can accept widths of up to 144", and maintain tolerances to ±1/32". We can work from your CAD drawings and templates, or reverse engineer from sample parts.

Metal Saw Cutting Services

Advantage Metal Services, Inc' metal saw cutting facility, located in South El Monte California, is equipped with three metal cutting saws that can accept materials up to 20" x 30".

We can cut any metal or plastic, while holding to tolerances of ±.005". Providing quick turn-around times and same-day service, we also stock a wide variety of materials and sizes. We offer local delivery and JIT (Just in Time) services, and can keep you stocked with material as you need it without clogging up your shop floor. Custom Metal Shearing Services

Metal shearing is available on sheet metal and steel plate up .625". Our shearing facility can process material up to 12' in length and width, and meet tolerances of ±.015".

Shearing is an integral part of a variety of metal fabricating processes, and our experience and attention to quality will ensure that your specifications are met every time.

Our warehouse of metal products and in-house shearing capabilities will guarantee minimal waste and take full advantage of grain for stamped products.
