We are a process solutions specialist providing strategic support to the Mining, Oil and Gas, Defence, Advanced Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Government and Services sectors.We started in 2005 as ‘Manufacturing Focus’, a sole employee start-up company, working from my kitchen table at home. Our goal was to provide the market with services to improve manufacturing performance at both a tactical and strategic level that had not been achieved before in sectors that had been sheltered from global forces.We wanted to ensure that the solutions we offered our customers were of a strategic and sustainable nature, not isolated improvements or improvements that were disconnected from where the business needed to go in the longer term.From these humble beginnings we have carefully grown our team and services to extend the early manufacturing engineering services we offered to a more complete service offering to more than 40 sectors today.We work in close partnership with our clients and have shared some amazing journeys together. Some of our clients have grown significantly since our first engagement. We are proud of the real and lasting outcomes for our customers, the benefits realised and the strong personal relationships that still remain.In 2014 we changed our name to Advanced Focus to better reflect the broader industries we work with, and the aspirations of our customers. Our background in globally competitive advanced manufacturing DNA remains however, these attributes are valuable and relevant to any industries that have the ambition to be globally competitive.”
