Advanced Environmental Services Inc. is a local, family-owned business established in 1993. Working in partnership, Richard Czajka and Gary Owens adapted European brushing technology and created custom-made robots that would thoroughly clean ventilation systems in residential homes, as well as commercial and industrial spaces. This brushing is what has set the company apart for 25 years as a leader in quality and thoroughness of duct cleaning services. In addition to this, robots were tailor-made with brushes and cameras to enhance the commercial duct cleaning experience and provide live video footage of the services performed.

Over time, Richard has kept ahead of the curve in the expanding duct cleaning market. With two of his children now working for the company, and with a team of 35 trained managers and technicians, AES is continuing to be a leader in Manitoba (and beyond) in the industry.

Quality Workmanship

The company offers not only duct cleaning services, but furnace cleaning, any kind of exhaust cleaning, dryer vents, and perform general vacuuming for any size job, big or small. The brushing system has been adapted over the years to utilize new technologies and ensure the best tools are used to provide the best results. All our duct cleaning jobs utilize a combination of drill-powered mechanical brushes as well as air whips (compressed air lines with whips at the end), and our custom-built, high powered duct cleaning truck vacuums with over 12,000 CFM’s.

We have a trained team of Asbestos Abatement technicians who follow all Provincial safety regulations to ensure Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM’s) are removed from homes and buildings in a safe manner.

Asbestos was considered the “wonder” building material in much of pre-1990 construction, being fireproof and waterproof and an excellent insulator. As time went on and health concerns related to Asbestosis, Mesothelioma, and general lung issues started to emerge, it was discovered that Asbestos is, in fact, extremely harmful when disturbed. Depending on the type of ACM used, and the size of the job, there are different levels of abatement precautions required to safely remove and dispose of ACM. Our staff is trained and experienced in the proper procedures, and we encourage DIY-ers not to attempt to remove asbestos themselves!

Mould remediation is another facet of the environmental services that we provide, and without treating the affected areas the proper way, it can actually cause the mould to spread instead of subsiding.
