Advance Pallet is located in South Elgin, IL. South Elgin is located 30 miles west of Chicago in the Fox Valley area. We are off of Route 31 only 4 miles south of I-90 and 14 miles north of I-88.

Our centralized location positions us to service the entire Chicagoland area into Wisconsin, Indiana, and Iowa with our own truck fleet. We buy, sell, manufacture, and repair new and used pallets. The company was founded over 30 years ago under the same ownership. We recover broken or unwanted pallets, bring them back to our modern, automated facility. We sort, repair, inventory, and sell the refurbished pallets. Advance Pallet is dedicated to recycling. All wood waste is ground up and converted into useable products such as mulch, animal bedding, or boiler fuel. In addition to our extensive recycling services, we manufacture new pallets and are a certified Heat Treating facility. Pallets are sold in truckload quantities and in smaller lots. Your custom pallets come with a complimentary pallet design consultation.

Our company owns over 250 semi-trailers which enables us to serve our customers out of our modern 50,000 square foot facility on over four acres in South Elgin. In 1998, we built a new production facility on site. We expanded in the Summer of 2007 which doubled our available space. The extra space enables us to store food grade pallets indoors. This, along with our ample trailer inventory, eliminates pest infestation of your pallets. We are big enough to handle your larger volumes, but agile enough to adjust quickly to your needs!
