We recently invested in several new Parmi Sigma X machines. These state-of-the-art SPI machines have greatly improved our surface mount yields, helping us to reduce time spent touching up and increasing quality all around. The real time data-analysis and networked SPC gives us access to a rich well of data, keeping us informed and on top of paste quality
Accutronics is new in respect to its name and location, but we are certainly not new to the Contract Manufacturing business. Hi, my name is Luis Pedroso and in 1984 I founded Qualitronics, Inc. in Lowell, MA. I managed it from a start-up business until its sale to MSL in June of 2000, at which time we employed 160 people.
At Accutronics, Inc., we are committed to servicing our customers to the highest degree possible. We understand that we are an extension of your manufacturing floor. We understand that we are here to assist, whenever and however needed, with quick responses to critical issues.
Accutronics has state-of-the-art equipment and professional employees, who are well-trained in all facets of the operation. The Accutronics team is here to create long-term, win-win partnerships. We are able to guide our customers from NPI to full production, be it through-hole, surface mount, box build or cabling needs. We can help you with Design for Manufacturability and with Design for Testability.
With our state-of-the-art VJ Electronix Summit 1100 SMT rework station and our Dage Digital X-Ray machine, we can help you with any rework needs you may have, from removing and replacing BGAs to any other type of rework required. We can also support you with Functional test and In-circuit test with our GenRad 2287L tester and offer support with flying probe testing with our brand new TAKAYA APT 9400.
If you are in the market for a quality CM who can provide you with all the services you need at a very competitive price, please call us at 978-250-9144 and ask to speak with me, Luis Pedroso.
Accutronics has strategically configured SMT equipment with flexibility and precision in mind. We have a total of five SMT lines which are configured for top and bottom side assembly. Combine this strategy with a significant investment in component feeders for offline setups and Accutronics is able to provide complete flexibility in manufacturing. We are capable of large form factor assemblies up to 20” X 27”, and placement from 01005 passives to 45 x 150 mm parts and pitches as low as 10 mil. This all translates into a highly flexible manufacturing process with the ability to accommodate our ever-changing customer needs.
Accutronics maintains 31,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
Accutronics uses industry-established IPC J-STD-001 workmanship and IPC-A-610 inspection standards in conjunction with an ISO-certified Quality Management System to provide our customers with electronic and mechanical assemblies built to their exact specifications, while maintaining the highest quality of workmanship and inspection.
