Electropolishing services are suitable for a wide variety of metals & metal alloys including aluminum, copper, nickel, carbon steel, tool steel, stainless steel, unusual stainless steel. Hastelloy®, Inconel®, Monel®, Kovar®, tungsten, cobalt, titanium & vanadium. Passivating is suitable for the full range of stainless steels, Inconel®, Hastelloy® & other alloys. Deburring process is suitable for removing burrs from complex or fragile parts that have fine blanking, milling, broaching, lapping or grinding burrs, bully annealed or hardened parts. Electropolish deburring is limited to burr sizes of 0.005 in. or less depending on the component.
