For social distancing and your convenience, payments can be processed through a secure online portal with most major credit card or bank account via ACH.

Invoice link can be sent to your e-mail or directly to your cellphone via text.

Payment must be completed before we leave the property unless you have a prior commercial account set up with us.

If the person responsible for payment will be on-site when the removal service is completed, payment can be made by cash or credit card after final approval of our work.

If the person responsible for payment or cardholder will not be on-site when the removal service is completed, payment must be prepaid before work can start.

For your peace of mind, we will provide photos of our completed work or video if requested.

Receipts will be immediately e-mailed showing the payment type and amount.

Your appointment confirmation and job details will be sent directly to your mobile phone and e-mail through our automated system. (As long as you provided us with your e-mail and cellphone number)

Our automated system will also text your cellphone when our driver dispatches your way and again when work is completed for your convenience.
