3R Recycling is an Avon, MA-based plastics recycler, specializing in purification and granulation of post-industrial and post-consumer materials. We focus on producing high quality, clean, and uniform regrind for our clients.

3R Recycling was founded on the idea that sustainable solutions can create value. We strive to create a more sustainable New England by sourcing and distributing materials locally. We also work closely with companies from around the U.S., Canada, and abroad.

At 3R Recycling, we emphasize the 3R's of recycling

Reduce - Partnering with 3R will help reduce your production costs by utilizing recycled materials instead of costly virgin resins in your manufacturing process.

Reuse - At 3R, we work with different companies to recover post-industrial and post-consumer plastic scrap to grind for molders and compounders. We also offer toll grinding to companies already working to reuse their materials. Toll grinding with 3R Recycling will allow you to reuse your scrap material and increase your bottom line by eliminating the need to purchase more costly virgin resins.

Recycle - While plastics are our focus, 3R Recycling also recycles paper, metal, and some electronic parts. We will work with you to create a total recycling program for your company at little or no cost to you.

SERVICES:

Toll Grinding:

3R Recycling takes extra care to make sure your material is contaminant free and uniform. We are able to take almost any size material and produce granulate as small as "3/8 (10mm).

Our material handlers inspect, identify, and remove contaminants such as labels, non-ferrous metals, and other plastics

We then shred the material and remove ferrous metal with our industrial magnet

The clean shreds are then granulated and deposited into quality, plastic-lined gaylord boxes, and sealed

Our system removes fines from the regrind to ensure a clean, consistent product. We clean the line thoroughly between grinds and sharpen blades often.

Provides photos and Certificate of Destruction upon request

We are also capable of washing your regrind
