How it all started

I, along with my wife Naomi, have lived in the Borup area since 2012. With 2 children graduated from Ada-Borup High School, one more graduating in 2021, and 2 foster children well on their way, we have become a part of this wonderful community. While Naomi has lifelong family ties to the area, I, having grown up in the country, have felt right at home ever since the move to our 11 acre property in 2012.

I discovered a hole in the septic services market after I had to replace my septic system in 2020. I needed someone to pump out the old tank in order to decommission it. After exhausting all options locally I found someone out of Fargo, for a hefty fee, to come do the job. After doing some research into the septic pumping/portable toilet world, I found DuWayne Olson who was selling his business and the rest, as they say, is history. DuWayne, with his exceptional work ethic and knack for customer service, built his business, in his spare time, from two restrooms and a spray bottle, to over fifty units to include restrooms, handwashing sinks and portable hand sanitizing stations. I quit my job of 13 years to take this challenge on full time. DuWayne and his wonderful wife Virginia have been unbelievable in their willingness to help, not only on the training side of things but the administrative side also.

I will continue on and expand the portable toilet rental business and strive to maintain the high level of service that the community has come to expect from DuWayne. Not forgetting why this whole thing started, I am adding septic pumping services with 24 hour emergency response, with the purpose of being your first and only call for service.

You see, I know what it’s like to be in a bad situation and need service only to be told that I have to wait 3 weeks or pay 5 times the going rate. Or having a company tell you that they will not keep their scheduled appointment because you chose a different company for your install. I want to provide the community with another option. An option from a company that will provide fast friendly same day or next day service. We also are providing 24 emergency septic tank pumping services because we have had to deal with a failing system that backs up at 11:30 at night and you need to go to work the next day.

Naomi and I understand the needs of our customers and are proud to deliver the level of service you deserve. We look forward to serving the community in the years to come with our mission to have a family based business with an emphasis on prompt, friendly, superior service while maintaining a high level customer satisfaction. My son summed it up in one great sentence. "We are #1 with your #2".
