1st Klas cleaning services is a family run business which is based in a small town called Bishops Waltham on the outskirts of southampton with a fully trained team of friendly hard working cleaners behind us who will listen to your needs and strive to provide the best possible service that you would expect from a cleaning company.

1st Klas Cleaning Services was established in 2002 by Kerry Smith and 5yrs later her father Paul Smith joined the company with his expertise in the commercial sector of the cleaning industry. As we are a family run business it means you’ll get to know and speak to us direct and most importantly meet the faces behind the company name.

At 1st Klas Cleaning Services we clean both domestic and commercial premises, so whether it’s an office you need cleaning or your home, small or large, regular or just a one off we will be more than happy to help and work with you to tailor make a cleaning schedule to suit your needs and budget. We also specialize in end of builds and end of lets and work very closely with the letting agents and on site managers to ensure they get the very best service at the best possible price.

All our cleaners are employed by 1st Klas Cleaning Services and all live locally to where the company is based – we never use agency staff under any circumstances. Each and every perspective candidate goes through a thorough and in depth interview process before we make a decision to employ them. If successful then the candidate is health & safety trained in house and then paired up and fully trained on how to clean the ‘1st Klas’ way by a senior member of staff.
