Enid Iron was formed in 1962 by Ken and Jack Allison, their sons, Rick and Larry bought the company in 1984. Northern Oklahoma Metals acquired EIM in Oct. 2012. EIM serves NW Oklahoma from Woodward to Elk City, from Alva to Garber and Kingfisher to Cresent.
