AFCarreto e Filhos SA  is a young, dynamic and recognized company in the national market dedicated to the Commercialization, Management, Recycling and Recovery of Waste, operating for three decades in the national market and for five years in the international market, it is within the 15 largest companies in the sector.

Family-oriented company, it was created in 1986, by its founder and main partner António Filipe Carreto, in two decades, it managed to create a financial and economically solid structure, only with the commercialization of metallic waste, the so-called scrap, expanding its business to National level.

In 2003, two new partners, the sons, joined the company, known at the time as  AFCarreto, lda  , in order to prepare and boost the business for the future, in terms of Waste Management, Recycling and Recovery. Its mission is to provide a service of excellence, capable of continuously and consciously overcoming all expectations and future challenges.
