GREEN METAL CZECH, s.r.o.

Green Metal Czech sro was established on 16 February 2004 as a joint venture between two internationally renowned companies, Toyota Tsusho Europe SA and Toyota Tsusho Corporation . The company is privately owned with a share of 60:40 between the two members. With the establishment of the new Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile Group production plant in Cologne and the conclusion of a waste management service agreement with this company and other scrap metal producers, it was decided to build a new hall for the processing and sorting of scrap metal.

The construction of the Cologne plant of Toyota Tsusho Kolín servisní centrum and Green Metal Czech sro was started at the end of 2004. Already at the beginning of 2005, an order for trial operation was granted.
