Karl Born GmbH

The Company was one of the first officially recognized disposal companies in accordance with the Recycling Management and Waste Management Act of the Wetteraukreis. However, circular economy has not only been practiced at Born since the introduction of the KrW/AbfG, but since 1923, when the company was founded by Karl Born. Originally, the company was located on the church square in Butzbach's old town, until the new company premises in the north industrial area were occupied after the war. In addition to trading in scrap iron and raw products, the range of services was expanded to include the disposal and container service business areas.
