J Sanders and Son Ltd are an independant, family run scrap metal recycler. Based just outside Tavistock (West Devon) we have been trading for over 60 years (established 1959) and pride ourselves on a business that continuously strives to be both competitive and environmentally responsible, whilst maintaining our strong ethics.

We specialise in ALL forms of scrap metal recycling and purchase both ferrous and non-ferrous metal, as well as scrap vehicles (ELVs). We can offer a complete service to all sectors from householders/members of public right through to large companies and public bodies, on either a collected basis or delivered to our yard.

All the scrap metal that we purchase is bought on weight using either our large weighbridge or small scales, both of which are calibrated annually.
