Re-Gen exists to find new uses for current waste streams. Forging ways for companies to move towards zero landfill is not only good for the planet, it is good for the bottom line.

More important than material management Re-Gen focuses on regenerating the lives of our employees. Working with local social service agencies we identify people who need to catch a break.Together we intentionally mentor and teach life-skills to these employees such as time management, financial management, and conflict management. Learning these soft skills brings stability to lives making it possible for our employees to achieve their goals.
