The International Metals Reclamation Company

One INMETCO Drive, Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, United States

Every year, thousands of tons of nickel, chromium, iron, molybdenum and cadmium bearing wastes are recycled by INMETCO and taken out of the waste stream. INMETCO's High Temperature Metal Recovery (HTMR) process allows wastes to be recovered, reclaimed and recycled. The result: Long-term landfill liability is eliminated for these waste materials and valuable natural resources are recycled.

INMETCO is a fully permitted RCRA facility with a Part-B Storage Permit and a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Commercial Recycling Treatment Facility Permit.

INMETCO is in compliance with all applicable regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

INMETCO accepts a wide range of nickel, chromium, iron molybdenum and cadmium bearing wastes. We began in 1978 by recycling wastes from stainless steel manufacturers known as mill scale, swarf and flue dust. These wastes still make up a large percentage of our various feedstock. Since 1978, the process waste feed specifications broadened to accept other waste streams.
